2D Arrays

2D arrays are... Interesting. I find that they are pretty usefull and not to hard to understand. Im not to sure how good I will do on the test on thursday. Im probably going to do some programming at home to help me understand how to place the numbers in the 2d array properly.

Arrays

Arrays are pretty easy, I get how to put information in them. I have a little trouble with making the .txt file to put the data in though. Got to look into that more.

So not to much trouble, just making the actual .txt file is a bit troublesom.

Assignment 9

In this assignment I decided to make my own user input forms, I don't like using the Visual Basic input boxes since they are not very well made. I error trapped this assignment pretty well. I still don't know how to stop people from entering letters instead of numbers only. The teacher did say something about it but I can't remember. I'll probably have to look at his example programs and see how.

Im actually quite happy with this Assignment since it has very little errors (Or so I think). Although it was a HUGE pain to make the input boxes myself. I just really dislike the Visual Basic input box.

Todays Keyword is: Unimpressed.

Assignment 5

I just finished my assignment for unit 5, we had to make a program that asks the user to enter his/her name and display their average from the marks given (I just made it have four marks since there was no given amount). It has two bugs that are bugging me at the moment (Ha! Bad pun!) and I don't know how to fix them. I tried doing the program in a different way without the messagebox.show("") command, and error trapping is quite interesting with text boxes. I'm unsure how to fix the problem and gave up on it. The teacher will hopefully not mind, I did try to do some error trapping so that way the people can't enter numbers above 100.

So, I find this program a slight irritation due to the bugs and the puns that associate with it.

I am not amused....
